About Us
An Interior & Furniture design studio founded by Ritu Sharma, focusing on creating spaces that play with natural light, a sense of nostalgia and a little bit of drama. At Sol Studio our priority is working with each client and addressing their specific needs while involving them through the entire creative process to make sure we deliver what they envision.
The Studio aims to create spaces that emphasize on natural light , play with color, materials, texture, integrate carefully curated objects, design & develop custom furniture and even select art that fits the narrative. Projects typically range in style and location: from a mix of residential and hospitality spaces. Our work ranges from a classic to contemporary, with accents that are deeply rooted in our memory.
RITU SHARMA
Founder & Principal Designer
Ritu Sharma is an alumni from The National Institute of Design and Parsons, The New School of Design. Since returning from New York, her career in design has evolved from working with the top stalwarts of the industry as her mentors and guides ranging from fashion to interiors & furniture.
She has worked as an Interior design consultant for various brands and architects, and designed projects like, the Interior Design of the luxury suites of the Oberoi, New Delhi, the Postcard Hotels in Goa, luxury residences and award wining furniture. Furniture being her passion, she has pursued it through the interior projects and indepedently as well.
Her approach to design is rooted in her Indian upbringing and astute eye for visual cues. Her work celebrates and explores the coming together of Space, Cultures, Materials, Techniques and Indian craftsmanship.

He discovered his passion for design and honed his skills while working with top talent in the industry such as his mentors, Prateek Jain , Gautam Seth of Klove Studio and Arvind Panwar of Krea. Having an accelerated sense of critique and curiosity shapes his vision, making him the go-to problem solver and technical whiz kid in the studio.
Constantly experimenting and challenging the normal in every project for a better Design solution while designing for a specific client is second nature to him.
